Why are my products arriving in separate packages?
Christmas Market Ornaments is very active on multiple e-commerce platforms with the goal of providing the best quality of service we can for our customers. With this in mind, our products are housed in multiple warehouses around the US and Canada with a goal of providing the fastest possible delivery time.
Why did my order arrive in an Amazon box?
Amazon is one of our largest warehouse storage facilities. Items purchased may be shipped directly from my home in Summerland Key, Florida, our partner-printer in Canada, our multi-channel fulfillment center in Alabama, or from an Amazon warehouse in a city near you.
Will split shipments effect my shipping fees?
Not at all. Your shipping charges will remain the same, and you will still receive FREE shipping for any order over $35 regardless of the origin of shipment.
Can I get a better deal if I purchase on Amazon?
Fair question! Each and every one of our ornaments are hand-selected from a variety of craftsmen, suppliers, artisans, and suppliers with whom I've personally had the opportunity to meet. If I haven't held it in my hands, you won't find it here in my shop. Quality is very important to us here at Christmas Market Ornaments. With this in mind, each new product listing created is an original written by either me or a member of my amazing team. With the exception of special sales or loyalty events, the prices we set remain consistent across all of our e-commerce platforms.
Can I request custom ornaments?
